Our inaugural leadership conference was held on October 16th through 18th. The participants expressed a high degree of satisfaction and especially enjoyed the “workshop without walls” concept. A high degree of personalization was made possible by the small groups. Future conferences will include workshops designed specifically for areas of need identified in completed district audits.
In addition to leadership strategies, BGKK will be connecting with national organizations to explore areas of best practice and innovative approaches to special education. Future conferences locations will be determined by the innovations discovered.
