    School Board attorneys often require the service of experts in the field of Special Education to assist in the resolution of disputes. Bryant, Gemza, Keenoy and Kozlik (BGKK) provide consultation, expert witness reports, deposition, resolution sessions and court testimony for the public sector through highly seasoned and respected professionals. We do not represent parents. Expert witness services are applied through our experiences, education and training in the analysis of cases and they are embedded in the professional standards of care, compliance, program quality and best professional practices.

    BGKK has provided expert witness reports on Child Find, HIB, sexual harassment, unilateral placements, public school program placements including 504 Accommodation Plans, IEP goals and objectives, student progress reports, IEP computerized systems, school accidents, student discipline, transition programs, special education placements, functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention services, staff retention and hiring of staff.
